📝 Registration Steps on the Portal:

Fill out the application form thoroughly and upload high-quality PDF scans of your original passport and original educational documents.

Successfully pass the qualifying tests at the Russian Embassy.

Receive an official university invitation to study in Russia and apply for a student visa.
❗️ Scholarship Coverage:
The scholarship covers tuition fees only (including the preparatory language year) and provides subsidized, low-cost student accommodation.
All other expenses—living costs, visa fees, document attestation fees at the Russian Consulate, travel expenses to the university, medical insurance, and additional expenses in Yemen or Russia—are not covered and must be paid by the student.
Instructions for Completing the Application Form
I. General Guidelines:

Language: Applications must NOT be filled out in Arabic. Use English or Russian only.

Signature & Date: Ensure the application form is signed and dated specifically in Item 35.

Photo: Upload a formal 3x4 photo (similar to a standard passport photo).

Citizenship: Specify Yemeni. If you hold dual citizenship, declare all countries and attach scanned passport copies for each.

Phone Numbers: Include country codes (e.g., +967 XXX XX XX).

"Compatriot" Status: Applies exclusively to Russian citizens residing permanently in Yemen who hold valid Russian passports or national ID cards.

Visa Location: Specify your preferred visa issuance location if applying from a third country where processing is permitted.

Field of Study: Select only one major/specialization.

University Choices: Choose up to 6 universities in order of priority (or 4, depending on portal system limits).

II. Document Upload Guidelines:
